Gabriela & Jim Carroll - Owners
Bella G Beauty Studio was pioneered by Gabriela Carroll in Charlotte, NC in 2011.
Gaby began her aesthetic studies in Ecuador, soon after in Germany, California, and North Carolina. Proudly, she has mastered the art of Eyelash Extensions which she is most known for. Her renowned talent has spread far up the network of exclusive clients that demand only the best by establishing trustworthy relationships.
Gaby's Eyelash Extension technique is kept secret, exclusive, luxurious, consistent, and available only at Bella G Beauty Studio which is symbolic of high quality and exceptional value.
Jim Carroll is the husband of Gaby Carroll since 2005 and has followed her journey closely as Bella G Beauty Studio developed. Jim was honored to be part of the U.S. Marines and became a mechanical engineer as a professional. He joins the Bella G Beauty Studio team as a Microblading expert. Jim studied Microblading at PhiBrows Academy, a renowned academy of aesthetic services, and obtained his NC license.
Marleny Godoy - Master Esthetician
Marleny believes that beauty is an essential pillar of healthcare.
Her experience as a master esthetician has given her the knowledge to provide exclusive solutions to the most complex skincare obstacles. She joins the Bella G Beauty team to offer high-quality aesthetic services that enhance self-esteem and confidence by performing only the best skincare facials, waxing, microshading, and more.
Domonique Mitchell - Master Lash Technician
Domonique has a passion for lash extensions and all things beauty.
As our Master Lash Technician and Esthetician, Domonique joins the Bella G Team to bring beautiful sets of lash extensions to our clients! With 5 years of experience in lash extensions, she can create volume, lift, and definition to bring any lash goal to life!
Marissa Holmes - Master Laser Technician
Marissa specializes in laser and attended the National Laser Institute.
As a Master Laser Technician and Esthetician, Marissa joins the Bella G team focusing on facials and laser hair reduction services. She loves any service that is results-driven and loves helping her clients reach and accomplish their goals.
Madison Maxwell - Business Development Manager
Madison is behind the scenes of Bella G.
With a background in administration/project management and a passion for all things skincare and beauty, Madison joins the team as Bella G’s Business Development Manager. Helping to run day-to-day operations, build and maintain Bella G partnerships, brand the company, and more…she is your go-to! Rebeca Presson - Manager of Medical Esthetics
Rebeca oversees all medical esthetic services at Bella G.
With 20 years of experience as a Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician, Rebeca brings her knowledge and experience to Bella G completing client consultations w for medical esthetic services and manages our Certified Technicians.
