Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are not applicable, but we are happy to exchange your products to address the issue!

Exchanges 

Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please reply to the emails you received and inform us of the reason for exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in it’s original packaging. If the product is damaged, the customer is responsible for paying a damage fee before the new product can be exchanged. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you if you are eligible.

Shipping
